December Newsletter: Welcome New Moon- New Year - New You

Merry Christmas Everyone, and sending you Solstice blessings and grace as we release 2024 and move towards 2025.

I hope this finds you all ready for our calendar change, as Christmas is celebrated, AND that nature is going through her natural cycle change too- because it's Solstice on the 21st Dec!

In the world of the Andes, Solstice is a very important time- not only to do ceremony with Pachamama with gratitude for her abundance, but also because many of the sacred sites are activated, the star constellations and the light is all interacted with, to be able to 'read' what is coming- in order to be prepared. Engaging and being guided by nature is a natural way in the Andes.

With this in mind, I am delighted to share 3 events where we are going to interact with nature and Pachamama over the next weeks, here in our modern world too. I hope you will come join me, grow, be conscious, and experience the beauty of Nature through Andean Medicine.

And most importantly, an opportunity to send LOVE directly to our beautiful Earth.

SACRED NATURE RETREAT

- Spend 1st January 2025 with the 5 elements.

I'll call in the Nature beings of Earth, Water, Air and Fire, to support us to release any heaviness we carry from 2024, and tap into/ receive their strengths to revitalise and refresh each of you present.

Nourishing ourselves and offering blessings in exchange, so there's a win win for us and Nature. Ending with a ceremony to both integrate, and manifest our prayers and desires out for 2025!

I have worked with the elements before, but this workshop helped me to get to know the elements in a completely different way.I have more appreciation, feeling deeply more connected. SOLSTICE CEREMONY - this Saturday 21st December @ 11am - 1:30ish, join me for a Despacho Ceremony to celebrate this powerful time of the Earth's natural cycle.

In the Northern hemisphere we turn from the dark towards the light. And in the Southern hemisphere, from the light towards the winter inner spaces.

Offering a ceremony on the Solstice, invites us to be present and conscious WITH the flow of Nature's forces. Bringing healing, connection- and a powerful opportunity to choose our next steps.

Through this ritual, we acknowledge Pachamama, our Great Mother Earth - and send our gratitude as she always supports us unconditionally!

These offerings from the Andes Mountains called Despachos, are what I call living prayers. They are a way to send intentions and wishes out to the Universe- addressed with loving intentions!

Despacho is Spanish, translated roughly is an ‘altar’, and in Qechua translates into 'offering'. A place in the present, to pause, consciously open our hearts to say thank you, or any other intention the medicine woman may add as a focus. So an Andean ceremony can bring balance, transformation or change into our lives, & to the planet. Gifting both Nature and the circle of humans simultaneously.
